Pre-Treatment is a process in which the surface of the component, Which has to be painted/ Powder Coated is chemically cleaned and prepared for the painting operation, On Metallic and Non-Metallic components, to remove oil, grease and rust contamination from surface of the component, using degreasing and Derusting solutions, finally coated with a protective layer of phosphates and passivated for lasting effects.

The process of pre-treatment can be follows with no of stages as required, “KSW” provides a complete Pre-Treatment system with an option of Spray Type Pre-Treatment Process & Dip Type Pre-treatment Process.
